“60 minutes visit” is an indicative time slot, depending on the nature of the visit, appointments might run over the time slot. Your appointment is confirmed only if you receive an email confirmation from us. The Interactive Calendar is not the only way we collect appointments, please beware that when you pick a date and time via the Interactive Calendar, it will be classed as a "wish date & time” and we cannot guarantee that your “wish date & time” will be confirmed. If your “wish date & time” have already been booked by another customer, we will email you with alternative times and/or dates.
